I don't like the cold. It was bitterly cold the day I made this. I imagined what the sun might look like through a wall of ice. I could not see the sun that day! Brrrr!

Because of the sun
we see all the colours.

It takes over 8 minutes
for the light of the Sun
to reach us.

I re-imagined the white washed walls of all the sleepy steep tapered hillside apartments in the sunny Canary Islands off West Africa. The hill is an active volcano. I visited several times. I even made art there.
