I feel very lucky for my opportunities and experiences over the years. My parents were nomadic - always aiming to operate their own businesses. They had several. In the Isle of Man - throughout the 90s - we ran two nightclubs, a cafe, a restaurant and Sheila’s Kitchen hospitality company. We ran the hospitality at the grandstand [start/finish line] of the world-famous Isle of Man TT races. An island-wide 200 mph motorbike race and festival run on the narrow hilly stoned walled public roads. We had the contract for ten years.
